Bobby has been with IAS since 2002. Bobby started in sales in the automotive industry in 1978 after spending several years touring the country as a professional musician. He has worked as a Leasing Manager, New and Used Car Sales Manager, F&I Manager, General Sales Manager and General Manager as well as Dealer of his own used car reconditioning and retail dealership.

Bobby also spent six years on the F&I products, training and consulting side of the business with Karl Singer and Associates which became the Pat Ryan Group. As a Regional Vice President for Ryan he oversaw two hundred and twenty dealerships while achieving the highest premium per retail and service contract policy count in the United States and Canada as well as the highest profit per employee of any region in the company. Before coming on board with IAS Bobby was Regional Training Manager for JM&A.
