- Garret has over 21 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur in the automotive aftermarket. In 1986, Garret joined his father Jerry Lacour at Career Plan after studying Business Administration at Loyola University in New Orleans, LA. Since that time, Garret has been active in all aspects of IAS including product development, sales, marketing and administration.
