Day One:
SmartDealerUniversity veteran trainers with analyze your current selling system and introduce the SmartDealerUniversity philosophy and techniques with an introductory meeting with the F&I staff to discuss the goals and objectives for the week. Trainers will also demonstrate the flexibility and robustness of SmartMenu menu generation software.
Day Two:
Trainers will review the interview/menu method with the F&I staff as well as the SmartDealerUniversity menu close. Part of the training will include overcoming customer objections as well as extensive training on specialized word tracks.
Day Three and Four:
Trainers will begin desking deals with managers as well as working with F&I to train the dealership sales force to be accountable for their part of the turnover to F&I. Extensive role play will also be included using the exclusive SmartEye audio and video recording technology.
Day Five:
Trainers will continue to review and critique deals before turning the dealership back to the new and improved F&I staff.
